- Go GVO 2×10 forced matrix (meaning people in your upline OR your downline may contribute to your overall income as they refer more and more people)

- 5% commission on EACH of the 10 levels. A full matrix is 2046 people, or over $4,500 per month if every person is on the LOWEST price-point product package — and if you didn’t refer ANY of them. If you referred some of them, you earn 20% of what your referrals earn too (matching bonuses). This is in addition to your normal matrix commissions.

- For every 14 Titanium members in your organization, you get another position in the matrix. You can save these up in a pool and use them (position them) where you want to and WHEN you want to.

This is great, for instance, if you want to put one of these “bonus” positions directly under a heavy-hitter you refer, or if you want to use it as incentive by placing it under a friend or family member and then start building it so you build your income AND theirs, or rewarding a hard-working member in your group by placing one of your bonus positions under them.

And ah… this is KILLER. If you’re really going to get cranking and promoting , you will LOVE this. Each month, GVO will put 10% of company net profits into a bonus pool. I don’t know that it has an official name yet, but we’ll call it the heavy hitter bonus pool for now.

The TOP 20 referrers each month will share in this pool equally.

NOT the top earners, but the 20 people with the most personal referrals for that month — so even someone BRAND NEW to the company could potentially hit on this bonus their first month.

I can’t make promises about the size of this pool or what the bonus to each qualifying affiliate will be, but I can imagine it getting VERY big, VERY fast based on what I’ve seen already.

For an easy hypothetical example, if Go GVO has net profits of $1 MILLION in a month, then the bonus pool for that month is $100,000, which is split equally by 20 people who referred the most new members for the month.

That’s $5K in addition to your normal fast starts, matrix commissions, and matching bonuses. If you can’t tell by this email that I’m excited, just wait until you see the video.

Shadows have become the enemy of solar energy for about as long as it has existed. Called cannibalizing, moving shadows can eat into the generated energy of solar cells, causing a decrease in output. A shadow’s effect on solar power can be so severe that the shadow casts from a stick alone could reduce a string of solar cell’s generated energy to nothing. This has been one the largest disadvantages to providing solar power. Unfortunately, many of the solar panels that claim to be resistant against shading have proven unsuccessful when it comes to maintaining the production of solar energy at or around full power.

However, new technology may have changed the way that we look at shadow’s effect on solar power forever. Australian National University researchers have developed a new design that is able to combat shadows and will even lower the cost of producing solar power.

Their design features curved, mirror-like solar concentrators that focuses light directly onto photovoltaic cells in order to generate electricity. The truly ground-breaking aspect of this design is that even if shade were to fall across a multitude of solar cells the newly designed more compact solar panels are able to maintain power at full capacity. Though the technology was initially developed in Australia, it will be produced in California and either India or China.

Since the concentrated light coupled with the amplified cell production calls for smaller panels, there will be a higher level of efficiency. This will inevitably reduce the costs of producing solar power. The new design goes a long way towards making solar power more affordable and accessible to the average person. The thinking is eventually to be able to sell the system for under or around $1,000.00 in most countries, however, this new technology has a little while to go before it becomes mainstream. Although as there is a greater push toward renewable energy sources and “green” living, the availability of solar energy to the average household may be just around the corner.

With the increased number of governments financing this new technology of around $1.8 million, support for this new radical system is increasing. As more countries are starting to understand the possibilities of alternative energy there is a good chance that the financing of this technology will increase in the years to come.

Dr.A P J Abdul Kalam wants India to follow Philippines model in nursing. Former President A P J Abdul Kalam called upon India to follow the Philippines model of nursing and allow Indian nurses to practice Medicine in rural primary healthcare centers. Dr Kalam also asked the Indian Nursing Council to review nursing courses continuously to bring them on par with the rapid advancements in healthcare system and suggested combined classes for nursing and medical students. Kalam said nurses need to equip themselves with specialty courses like doctors.

Extend your role to facilitate preventive medicine by educating patients and relatives to lead a better life, he advised. A man of science himself, Kalam was all for the inclusion of technology in nursing. In the 21st century, nurses have to be technologically sound in order to be able to complement super-specialty doctors, said Kalam asking the nurses to blend care with technology and knowledge. Advising the nurses to take inspiration from the founder of the modern nursing profession Florence Nightingale, Kalam asked each nurse to serve at least 20 patients in the rural areas. The former president added that in order to be able to do this, it was necessary for nurses to equip themselves with higher education and specialized degrees.

In India, we should conduct number of Post Graduate nursing degree courses for our working nurses through distance education system, so that we can give them career growth potential, he said. He said the Nursing College of University of Philippines was indeed unique with a Ph D programme in Nursing. Qualified nurses could practice medicine in the rural primary health centers.

The Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax credit program is offered by the National Park Service and the Internal Revenue Service along with the State Historic Preservation Offices.

So far this program has been a very successful and cost-effective community program. It creates jobs and affordable housing in historic buildings. The main goal is to transform these buildings into buildings that can provide additional housing at a low price for renters.

There are four different credits available depending on the building type:

You must apply for the credit and provide very detailed photographs that show the appearance and condition of the building.

How Much is the Credit?

The percentage of costs to restore the building could be as high as a 20% credit that you could receive. This percentage is higher for buildings built before 1936 in the Gulf Opportunity zone. In this area you could receive up to a 26% credit.

To qualify for this credit, the property must be a certified historic structure. If it is not certified then you may only receive a 10% credit. If you are restoring a building to serve as your principal residence then it does not qualify for this credit. You must complete the historic preservation certification application.

Many colleges around the nation have seen the congestion that has been caused from all of the cars driven by their college students.
