* 1961- Jack Swam underwater the length of the Golden Gate Bridge Twofold
* 1974- Swims Alcatraz once again now in cuffs and shackles
* 1979 and 1980 – On October 15, 1979, Jack swims Lake Oshinoko, Japan pulling 65 boats with 6, 500 pounds in timber pulp in boats handcuffed plus feet shackled.
* Playing forward.
* 2002- Jack obtains star at “Hollywood Walk of Fame”.
* Jack becomes the most important spokesperson for the Jack LaLane Power Juicer which has sold over 1.5 million systems internationally.
The reason Jack did all these things is because he want to give a message. . . He needed to demonstrate to people that EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS POSSIBLE.
