Sage is a great spice, because it helps from having stomach acid come back into the esophagus. You can make sage into a tea. This would be a great drink, because it would relieve stomach pain. There are many heartburn remedies that are natural and can be prescribed by a doctor that can help.
One way or another, they want this pain to go away and cured for good. Pregnant women will also experience acid reflux pain, because of this very reason. You should also be careful not to wear tight clothing. You need to limit your overeating. Make sure you control your food portions.
